Individual Counselling

One-on-one talk-therapy for mental health that is personalized to suit an individual’s unique needs. This includes setting therapeutic goals, processing one’s past, and learning how to manage one’s symptoms or triggers in order to live a more fulfilling life.

Courtney is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from UBC.

Her modalities of therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. However, she adapts her approach for each individual client and what they need.

Courtney values a holistic approach to mental health, and looks forward to collaborating with clients as they are the experts in their own lives.
